Website or TTSP Product Usage. TTSP (or TTSP vendors and suppliers) may observe your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address and browser type) as well as related usage behavior depending on whether you are using our Website(s) or a particular TTSP Product. We may use this data for any purpose unless we tell you otherwise in connection with a particular Website(s) or product. While we may collect or log this information, we do not identify you or match this non-Personal Information with your other Personal Information unless or except if we believe doing so will help us better respond to a request you have made. TTSP Product Usage. Certain TTSP Products and Services require you to enter Speech Data in order to receive an end product. These TTSP Products and Services collect and process the Speech Data you input to be processed by human language specialists. TTSP or third parties acting under the direction of TTSP, pursuant to confidentiality agreements, use the Speech Data to develop, tune, enhance, and improve TTSP services and products. TTSP will not use the contents of any Speech Data provided to us through your use of TTSP Products for any purpose except as set forth above. "Speech Data" means the audio files, associated text and transcriptions and log files provided by you hereunder or generated in connection with TTSP Products. Speech Data may include Personal Information.
Failure to register any TTSP product will not diminish the rights you have under the applicable product warranty.
Children. The TTSP Website(s) and TTSP Consumer Products are not directed at children. If you are under 18 or otherwise would be required to have parent or guardian consent to share information with TTSP, you should not send any information about yourself to us. As required by law, if a person under 13 submits information through any part of a TTSP Website(s) or a TTSP Product, and we learn the person submitting the information is such a child, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible.
When TTSP may share collected information.
TTSP Affiliates, Vendors and Suppliers. TTSP works with many affiliated third parties, vendors, distributors, and suppliers. To the extent it is necessary for these groups to provide their products and services to us and provide products and services you have requested, these third parties may have access to or process your Personal Information. Mergers, Acquisitions, and Insolvency. If TTSP should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, or if TTSP should decide to buy, sell, or reorganize some part or all of its business, TTSP may be required to disclose your Personal Information and Speech Data to prospective or actual purchasers in connection with one of these transactions.

Your California Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, permits California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties.
